Grilled Chicken Salad + Homemade Sweet Onion Dressing

  Ingredients 4 boneless skinless chicken fillets, about 5 oz each 1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil 8 packed cups mixed lettuce leaves 1 cup cooked fresh or thawed frozen organic corn kernels 1.5 cups halved cherry tomatoes 1/3 cup chopped pecans 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped 1 ripe avocado, diced Sweet Onion Dressing: 2 fresh garlic cloves, pressed 1 small sweet onion, chopped 4 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil, divided 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 a fresh lemon, juiced sea salt and freshly ground pepper Instructions Heat a grill pan or an outside grill on medium-high heat. Rub chicken with sea salt, pepper and a bit of oil, then add it to the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the inside. Chocolate Nutella Mini Pies

  Ingredients Mini Pie Crust Cups: 2 refrigerated pie crusts (I used Pillsbury) 1 egg white, beaten ¼ cup granulated sugar Nutella Mousse: 4 oz cream cheese – softened ½ cup powdered sugar ⅔ cup Nutella ½ tsp vanilla 8 oz container whipped topping (I used Cool Whip) Garnish : ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 extra large Hershey’s chocolate bar Instructions Mini Pie Crust Cups: Unroll pie crusts on a silicon mat and cut out large circles using a scalloped cookie cutter or even a small bowl. My cookie cutter was 5 inches wide. I had to knead and re-roll the scraps to get 6 out of each crust. Put the crusts in greased muffin tins, leaving an empty space between crusts. Press them into the bottom and on the sides. Ruffle and then flatten the tops so they lay flat. Prick the bottoms with a fork. Brush lightly with beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Chicken Tikka Recipe

  INGREDIENTS 1) Boneless and skinless chicken breasts 2) 2 tbsp Tomato paste 3) 2 tbsp Lemon juice 4) 2 tsp Ground coriander 5) 2 tsp Curry powder 6) 1/2 tsp Paprika 7) 2 Cups plain yoghurt 8) 4 Finely chopped garlic cloves 9) 1 Inch fresh ginger, chopped 10) 2 tsp Ground cumin METHOD 1. Mix all ingredients except chicken together in a bowl and refrigerate it overnight. 2. Add chicken (cut in cubes) and marinate it in the above-mentioned bowl. 3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 5. Bring chicken to room temperature and skewer on bamboo skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes). 6. Place on baking tray and bake in oven for 20 to 35 minutes. 7. 3 tbsp of butter can be drizzled over for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Lentil Soup Recipe

  INGREDIENTS ■ reciepe for one portion soup ■ masoor dal 100g ■carrot 20g ■onion 10g ■celery 20g ■chicken stock 250ml ■cumin powder 5g ■termaric poder 5g ■salt 1tsp ■pepper 1tsp ■corn oil 10ml ■garlic 2g ■lemon 10g ■fried bread 10g METHOD ■ add corn oil in the sauce pan and heat it, add the onion and garlic sautee before getting brown colour add the celery carrot and sautee about 5 min. then add the lentil then sautee after few min add the chicken stock bring to simmer keep cooking till the lentil is over cook, add the seasonin, cumin, termaric,white pepper and salt, remove it from the heat and blend properly.add some lemon juice.fried some bread for garnish and a wage of lemon also for garnish.serve immediately.

Pomfret Fish Fry Recipe

  INGREDIENTS •Silver Pomfret(Avolli) – 1 kg (4 to 5 nos) •Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp •Turmeric powder – 3 pinchs •Red chilly powder – 1 tbsp •Salt – As reqd •Ginger/Garlic paste – 3/4 tsp •Cumin Powder – 3 pinches •Lemon Juice – 2 tsp •Curry Leaves – 3 or 4 leaves •Coconut oil / Olive Oil– As required for frying METHOD 1) Clean the fish remove the waste from its belly, cut its fin in a nice shape, so that it looks good when presented. 2) Rub the fish on rough surface (on a cutting board) with salt and clean inside out. 3) Wash with clean water and soak them in lemon juice to get rid of the any bad smell of the fish. 4) After half an hour, take the fish out of the lemon juice and wash in clean water. 5) Make slits through the fish diagonally.   Ingredients  for Rabri 6-7 Cup full fat milk (1.5 ltr) 1/3 Cup sugar for cake 1/3 Cup curd 1/3 Cup oil (unflavoured) 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 Cup milk 1 Cup plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Chopped almonds and pistachio for garnish How to make Easy Malai Cake 1.
